Access to C:\Windows folder is set to read only Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
Something has happend to the C:\Windows folder on my Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit computer. The folder is set to read only, for all users, even administratators, and I cannot remove it. Resolution would be greatly appreciated.
